Formerly the Davis Barn · Southwest Fort Worth
The Helo Station is a private event hangar in the country for wedding receptions, school and church parties, company gatherings and celebrations of up to 200 guests. Tables, chairs and a full kitchen are on site. Keep it comfortable with central heat and air, or open the glass bay doors for an open-air party.

The space

A second-floor area with rail lighting that overlooks the main floor.
Counter space for caterers, a refrigerator and a pantry with paper goods and plasticware.
A private 11 × 7 ft room to get ready, with a shower, vanity and its own climate control.
Separate men's and women's restrooms inside the building.
Two 70-inch TVs for a looping slideshow or a special video, a Bluetooth sound tower for your playlist, and guest Wi-Fi.
Enjoy central heat and air, or roll up the six fully opening glass bay doors and let the breeze and sunset in.

Need more room?
For seasonal events and larger groups, an outdoor tent structure seats up to 150 more guests. It's available for an additional structure fee. Ask about it when you request your quote.

Floor plan
An 80 × 50 ft hangar with an open main floor, a full kitchen, a dressing room, restrooms and an upstairs loft reached by a spiral staircase.

From above
The Helo Station feels like the country but is only minutes southwest of downtown Fort Worth. It sits on 6 private, tree-lined acres at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. A gravel driveway winds up to the hangar, with grass parking along the way and open fields all around. That's where the sunsets come from.

The namesake
The Helo Station is home to a working helicopter. When it's on site, it makes a one-of-a-kind backdrop for your photos. For everyone's safety, we ask guests to admire it from a distance and keep the big driveway clear.
Events we host
For the last 8 years, we've hosted local schools, churches and family events. And the views? You won't believe the sunsets. You have to come see it to believe it.
